busy, busy, busy

Sooo.... there's been quite a time lapse between my last post and now.  Life has been pretty busy lately.  More like chaotic.  Brandon has been on work overload, between finishing up his ordination work in preparation for the final exam (~8 hr written exam, followed by an oral exam) and filling in with preaching and other tasks as he is currently the only pastor at our church.  We hardly see him, but soon at least the first half of that should be over and we will have him back, with the new title of Reverend.  Ha - I don't know why that always makes me laugh.

I've been pretty busy too with a few new things to occupy my time.  ..and believe me, my very messy house proves it more than this blog.  Exhibit A below is the cutest of all that's been keeping me on the move:  :)

Yes, we have a walker!  It took a while to get those feet worked out, but now it is hard to stop them.  Especially when there is a staircase, gym filled with balls, or plate of food in the near vicinity.  And yes, we like for wobbly walkers to carry axes in our house - adds that little bit of excitement.  ;)

His new trick also helps him to get from place to place so that he can create a bigger mess.

The good news is that our clothing and toys stay much more organized (since I am putting them all back away pretty much daily) and he has yet to figure out how to get into the food so they're just spread throughout the kitchen.
