a few nice days

Fall is not acting enough like fall this year, which is getting in the way of all of my favorite activities.  Boo to you, fall, and a challenge to you, winter, to pleasantly surprise me for once (don't think that will happen after hearing the predictions of snow through March- again booooo). 

 We did have one beautiful Saturday when we headed to Apple Castle to share all things fall and tasty with the bees.

And this year there were dinosaurs along the way while trick-or-treating at Kings Island with the cousins (for a crazy $5 a person, but that's another story.  There won't be any more KI trick-or-treat pics if they keep that up!)

And of course, there were a few times to get dressed up even though we saw snowflakes and frost one night and rain the other.  These boys are cute regardless!

And to show that no matter the weather, we are still enjoying both the yummies of fall and pastor appreciation month, here is a picture of my well-fed, ever-growing belly:
