We had Lily dedicated this weekend and it was so special to have both sets of grandparents come up for it, especially right before a Thanksgiving full of traveling as well. This was an important day for us to stop and say, this little sweetpea is a priority for us. We are committing to praying for her, raising her to know about her Creator and Savior from an early age, and loving her to pieces. We are so thankful that God has given her to us and we want to help carry out His plan for her life, not ours. It was wonderful to have our parents there, but also to be among our congregation and know they give us support and encouragement and help in raising all 3 of our kids as well. -I can't imagine life without community!

We chose this weekend in part because Monday was Grandparent's Day at Drew's school. Since all of our parents are far away and work full-time, we thought we'd have to go with some adopted grandparents for this. Thankfully, Bran's parents were able to take off of work and stay the extra day to make a very special and memorable day for Drew. He was thrilled to have them there and to show them every square inch of his classroom.
Thank you grammy and papa and grandma and grandpa for making our kids feel so loved!
