Miriam

I am sad each May as we graduate out some of our youth, but I love, love, love when they keep up with us post-high school and especially when they come to visit!  One of our little loves, Miriam, came home for a month and we got to spend lots of time with her.
She was entirely too gracious and joined us in everything from time at the park to soccer practice to garage sales and even kindergarten graduation. She made my mommy world so much more fun and the kids are now even more crazy about her.  I know she could have been spending her time laying out by her pool or catching up with more friends, but I am completely honored that she joined our world while she was home.
We have some incredible youth/college kids that we get to come along side and Miriam is one of those. The Lord has already worked in such amazing ways in her life, and she continues to let Him mold her and stretch her to learn/do new things. I cannot wait to see where her journey takes her and how her life continues to impact so many others around her, as I know it will!  We miss you already Miriam- we will be praying for you as you head to Mexico!!

(I am stealing all of her pictures because she takes much better ones that I do!)

Kindergarten graduation fans

She put this stinker pot right to sleep and then held her so I could get things done at church.

Making money at our garage sale and sweating enough for fauxhawks.

Lunch and shopping with another one of our college sweetpeas.

The kids got their own special Miriam night while Bran and I got a date night.

Backyard fun in the playhouse and sandbox.
