I thought I'd start adding some of my favorite recipes on here too, since I love to cook. I should say that I like to cook things that are super easy and don't take long. :) I get most of my recipes from my mom, so you can assume at least 90% of these are stolen from her kitchen. She is by far the best cook I know and everyone else always fusses over her food too; though she says she doesn't like to cook. I'm starting with this one because it is on our annual Christmas morning menu, so it is still fresh in my brain.
18 frozen rolls
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (small, not instant)
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. pecans
1. Grease a bundt pan.
2. Put rolls in pan.
3. Sprinkle pecans in pan.
4. Sprinkle dry pudding over rolls.
5. Melt butter & brown sugar together and then pour over rolls.
6. Let sit overnight until doubled in size.
7. Bake at 350F for about 25 min-30 min.
Easy, easy, easy, huh? Goes good in the AM with an egg dish. I will add that my mom has this amazingly thick bundt pan that I always steal when making these. She swears they cook better in it and I'm pretty sure she's right.
