I do not feel that I can really say I am from New Castle yet because I STILL haven't seen "the cane lady"(at least to my knowledge). She's the funny yet vulgar lady in town who everyone has had an encounter with but me. Brandon has seen her a few times, and the last time he was at Walmart, she even gave him the finger. I think he's seen her dance with her cane too (she's known for that). I will never truly fit in here until I can at least catch a glimpse of this local superstar. :)
